The main activity of our law firm is the preparation and filing of patent applications in the fields of engineering, electronics, medical technology, software, computer, optics, materials, biotechnology, pharmacy, biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, genetic engineering, diagnostics, pharmaceutics, medicine and chemistry. Furthermore, utility model applications, trademark and design applications as well as applications for rights protecting plant varieties and topographies are prepared and filed.

Further main activities are litigation, if an intellectual property (IP) right is infringed, and the defense of intellectual property rights in nullity proceedings. In Germany we are admitted for representation in proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO) and the German Federal Patent Court (BPatG) as well as the German Federal Supreme Court (BGH) in revocation proceedings. Furthermore, we are admitted for representation before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) where trademarks and design patents can be protected with effect in the European Community.
