Remarks referring to § 5 TMG

"Dr. Gassner & Partner" is a partnership as defined by the partnership-law. The partnership is registered in the partnership register of the register court Fuerth (Bavaria) under No. 025. The partnership is represented by each of the partners. Partners of the partnership are Dr.-Ing. Wolfgang Gassner and Dr. rer. nat. Tobias Ehnis.
 
Patent attorneys Dr.-Ing. Wolfgang Gassner and Dr. rer. nat. Tobias Ehnis are members of the Chamber of the German Patent Attorneys. Furthermore they are members of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi) and of the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI). In addition, Dr.-Ing. Wolfgang Gassner is a member of the Association for Industrial Property and Copyright Law (GRUR) and Dr. Tobias Ehnis is a member of the Association of Intellectual Property Experts (VPP).
 
The title "patent attorney" has been conferred to both partners in Germany. Furthermore, both partners are "European patent attorneys". The partners are governed by regulations regarding patent attorneys (www.patentanwalt.de), the regulations regarding the profession of the patent attorneys (www.patentanwalt.de), the rules of the FICPI www.ficpi.org/aboutframe.html and the Code of Professional Conduct of the epi (http://216.92.57.242/patentepi/english/100/120/121/).
